A Practical Policy for a Personal Teaching Business.
Next Legacy Ballroom is an independent ballroom teaching partnership led by Kye Rivers and Ann-Marie “Anna” Bakanov. Lessons are taught at host studios in Illinois and Wisconsin, while inquiries are coordinated directly by Kye and Anna.
This policy applies to information collected through nextlegacyballroom.com, including the lesson-inquiry form, and to related communications that begin through the website. It does not control the independent privacy practices of host studios, competition organizers, or external websites.

When you submit the lesson-inquiry form or contact Next Legacy Ballroom directly, we may collect:

- Your preferred studio or location.

Payment information
Nextlegacyballroom.com does not currently provide online checkout and does not collect payment-card details through the website.

Contact inquiries are delivered to the business email account and may be retained as a private WordPress backup. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, coordinate lessons, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the website.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit sensitive financial, medical, identity, or account information through the lesson-inquiry form.
06 · Youth Training
Information About Young Dancers.
Next Legacy Ballroom offers youth instruction, but the website and inquiry form are directed to adults. A parent or legal guardian should submit inquiries for a child or young dancer. The form should not be used by a child under 13 to provide personal information directly.
If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, contact Next Legacy Ballroom so the information can be reviewed and deleted when appropriate.
