Youth program FAQ

Questions Parents Ask First.

Does my child need a partner?

You can inquire without a partner. Include the dancer’s age, experience, and goals so Kye or Anna can confirm the appropriate lesson format.

Does my child have to compete?

No. Competition is one possible goal. Strong technique, confidence, musicality, and personal growth are worthwhile outcomes on their own.

What age do you accept?

Youth placement is based on readiness, goals, and current scheduling. Send an inquiry with the dancer’s age and experience so Kye or Anna can recommend the right first step.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable, fitted clothing that allows the instructor to see posture and movement is best. Ask about shoes when you schedule the first lesson.
