Ballroom lesson services

One Program From First Count to Competition Floor.

The lesson type changes with the goal, but the teaching relationship does not. Kye and Anna build beginner fundamentals, youth development, collegiate coaching, Pro-Am training, wedding preparation, and competition planning inside one continuous program.

Private Ballroom Lessons

Forty-five-minute lessons taught by Kye and Anna for individuals or couples. The work may begin with timing and posture or narrow into foot pressure, balance, hip action, partnering, and performance detail.

Adult and Group Learning

Adults learn the same technical principles used in serious training, broken down without lowering the standard. Group work adds repetition, musical awareness, and experience dancing around other people.

Youth Ballroom Training

Youth training joins careful technical correction with the camaraderie Kye and Anna want around their competitive students. Coordination, musicality, discipline, and artistry develop together.

Competitive and Pro-Am Coaching

Coaching extends beyond choreography. Kye and Anna connect technical development to practice priorities, performance preparation, event selection, and the practical competition-planning process.

Wedding Dance Lessons

First-dance preparation is built around the couple’s actual music, timeline, comfort, floor, and appetite for choreography. Next Legacy teaches the dance; it does not offer song editing.

International Latin Training

Cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso doble, and jive are taught through the precise, detail-led approach Kye describes as old-school English technique—not as isolated patterns to memorize.

How Kye and Anna teach

Old-School English Method, Taught by Two Working Competitors.

Kye describes their technical base as an old-school English approach to International Latin: fundamentals are examined closely, corrected precisely, and repeated until they support the whole dance. Posture, timing, foot pressure, hip action, balance, partnering, and musicality are taught as connected decisions rather than separate tricks.

Because Kye and Anna are still active competitors, they can connect a technical note to the demands of practice, presentation, partnership, and the competition floor. The standard is serious, but the explanation stays human: students should leave knowing what changed, what to practice, and why the next step matters.

01

Read the Dancer, Not a Sales Script

Experience, goals, movement, partnership, schedule, and learning style shape the first recommendation. The introductory lesson is a working lesson, not an upsell meeting.

02

Correct the Detail That Changes the Dance

Specific feedback and purposeful repetition turn technical ideas into movement the dancer can reproduce.

03

Keep the Path Continuous

The same teachers connect each correction to actual dancing, musicality, and the next goal, so students do not have to restart with a new program as their ambition grows.

Pricing and booking facts
